Earlier this week, Yes& Account Director Sarah Marshall attended the Adobe Gov Forum Experience Tour, where she gained insights from various public sector leaders on current trends at the forefront of government customer experience. The event featured speakers Wendy Bhagat from the Dept. of Education, Kerry Porter from the Dept. of State, and Matthew T. Harmon from the Dept. of Homeland Security. The speakers emphasized the need for agencies to build and maintain public trust, especially when it comes to data management. Wendy Bhagat also explained the importance of always being human-centered and telling stories in a way that makes sense to the audience. “Make sure people feel seen. That they see themselves in the communications they receive from us,” said Baghat. Sarah's attendance at the forum will empower us to integrate these invaluable insights into the work we're doing with our government clients. Thank you to Adobe for making this experience possible!
