This video was made only 18 months ago when the B Corp movement celebrated 1000 members in the UK at the Natural History Museum. A great video from Lighthouse Studio a Certified B Corp. It took 7 years for there to be the first 1000 members REAL Fundraising | B Corp certified when there were 380ish in 2018). Yesterday they announced 2000 members, just 18 months, yes 18 months after the first 1000 were announced. This rapid and exciting growth is being fuelled by the amazing supportive community but also because companies have realised that they can no longer go on with business as usual, we need a shift in business mindset, businesses are starting to put other stakeholders ahead of shareholders, seek greater purpose and ensure that they balance their impact across people, environment, community and customers.
