If you want to start a business: You have to invest your savings. You may be doing 2-3 person job yourself. You make have to work weekends, late nights. Sacrifice festivals, family and personal life. After doing all these you do not know if the business will be successful. Why can we not think our job as business?? Think that you do all above in a job, aleast you have a fixed monthly income, on top of that one gain experience. Again if you work harder, you get rewarded in form of hike and promotios. A small employee can become owner/top executive in a company, their are ample of such examples. Aspire and work hard to be the one. I am not saying that one should not think of doing business, but whatever one do, should do with uthmost dedication. When you join a company, do not think of 9-6 job, think it as your own startup business, that one day you will run the company.

Business is not about making money. It's about helping others, creating value, and making someone's life better. Money will follow. Because a transaction can only take place if there is an exchange of value (money in exchange for a service or product). Many entrepreneurs try to sell something people aren't willing to pay for because they don't bring enough value. Lesson: Be helpful. Make people's life better.

I want to be a millionaire, but don’t want to work. This is my favorite I meet with many entrepreneurs, and i love learning from their mistakes and success stories. But there are some entrepreneurs who want to make a lot of money without doing the work For example: - I say: you've got to divide your clients into 5 categories to personalize the offers - He says: 5 is difficult; let’s do 2 And whatever you say, he'll always come up with a counterargument. Actually, in some cases, that is good, but laziness is a killer of progress. I always say this: —> In this life, you have to sacrifice one thing for another. There is no other way. Look around. - If you want to lose weight, you've got to sacrifice your favorite food - If you want to get in shape, you've got to sacrifice your time and go to the gym This applies to everything, and especially to business If you don't want to sacrifice your time and do the work, don't expect a miracle to happen. —> It won't happen. Everything happens for a reason, and if you don’t create that reason with your work, millions won’t come. I wanted to pick your brain about one dilemma that I often face as an entrepreneur. Let's say you have an employee who is average. You know you can't rely on them much. They will never really want to get to the bottom of things. They will never go the extra mile. There's always a pushback on their end whenever a new process or methodology comes their way. When receiving constructive criticism, they always get defensive instead of learning from it. And they don't care that much about your trying to deliver excellence to clients at every step of the way. The craziest part, though? You can still monetize this employee. Yes, people, your clients, would still be happy to pay for their work. So, given that you can't change this person and their attitude, what would you do? 1. Part ways — because your values and approaches are not aligned. 2. Keep them on board — because, well, they can still generate profit for your business.

Unspoken way to make more money (not any new shiny business model or hack) 💸: Become the person who's capable of making more money.    It sounds stupidly simple, but hang on a moment as I explain more.    As entrepreneurs or high-end professionals, our income is almost always related to our work rate and focus inside work.    So, in order to increase your income, you need to increase your work output.    And increasing your work output is done through acts of self-development.    Many people, younger me included, think that blasting 12 hours of business work a day is the key, but if you could spend some time every day for positive habits that increase your work output.    For example, meditating helps you make better decisions, and cold exposure boosts your motivation.   ACTIONSTEP: Write down three habits that you aren't doing but could significantly boost your work output and therefore the income you make.    If you found value, like this post and share it with your team members to also help them.
