Reverse Mentoring… A true eyeopener 👁️ Get yourself a younger mentor soon 🌟 Recently, I participated in a partner meeting at Deloitte where the concept of Reverse mentoring was introduced. The idea immediately struck a chord with me, and I returned to TopTier to approach my younger colleagues with a quite different proposal. Fast forward to today, I am super grateful that Signe Korsgaard Hemmingsen has taken on the role of being my mentor 🙏🏾 Together, we are committed to ensuring that not only I but the entire leadership team gain invaluable insights to enhance our workplace dynamics and culture 💚 I believe we do so by listening to feedback from all parts of the organization – including the younger generations 🌟 Signe and I have given an interview about this topic to FSR - danske revisorer / Dansk Erhverv and I urge you to read our preliminary learnings. Here's a glimpse into the valuable lessons and experiences that have defined this period: 🟢 Corporate Experience and Mentorship: These six years have provided me with invaluable corporate experience. I started as a curious and eager professional, and along the way, I've had the privilege of being mentored by some of the best in the business. Their guidance not only accelerated my growth but also instilled in me certain qualities which would be a part of me throughout my lifetime. 🕰️ Time Management: Time is our most precious resource, and in the corporate world, effective time management is key. Prioritisation and time optimisation is an art in the corporate world. It is also a skill that will be valuable for balancing your professional and personal life. 📈 Growth Scale: From the early days of my career to now, I've witnessed remarkable growth, not only in my role but also in my skills and knowledge.
