Accelerate data center delivery with real-time project controls🔥 Working with a global data center provider on a 9.6MW project, we helped accelerate their project by 6 weeks by providing objective analysis and detailed progress reports. Construction began on the data center in July 2022, and XYZ was welcomed aboard in November to offer our expertise. We quickly identified discrepancies and areas that were falling behind schedule. The objective data fostered trust and collaboration among stakeholders, enabling efficient resource allocation and schedule adjustments. 🔎Accuracy is everything when it comes to complex construction like data centers, especially for the fire suppression systems that ensure the safety of both the people and the property. During this inspection, our Field Application Engineer (FAE) identified that these pipes were not installed correctly according to the BIM. Luckily, with the use of Engineering Grade Augmented Reality™ (AR), our FAE caught the discrepancy immediately and reported back to the general contractor, allowing the model to be updated quickly, maintaining forward momentum on the project.
