Key Findings: • Swift seeding of 384-well plates with uniform 3D spheroids/organoids, requiring less than 5 minutes per plate. • Preservation of spheroid/organoid viability during the sorting process. • Size range of spheroids/organoids between 10 to 750 µm, with an optimum at approximately 150 - 250 µm.
