I guess it’s been awhile since I have logged into this site but WE GOT TCO! After dealing with a month of last minute curveballs - we turned over the first phase of the Menlo Portal project (Vasara) which contains most of the building amenities & 206 units. (All passed by our internal QC) Extremely proud of my Greystar Field Team that helped make this project what it is today! Another great milestone that happened in the 6-9 months i’ve been off this site - I got another promotion, many thanks to my team & specifically GK/Stan/Mike for their continued support & trust!
