Yesterday, I saw the Wonka movie 🍿 Here are my key takeaways : 1️⃣ Creativity will set you apart. Wonka’s creativity is what set him apart from his competition. His chocolate was not only good, it had an edge. He sold more than chocolate. 2️⃣ The people you surround yourself with are everything. Willy’s success would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the people who helped him rise to the top. 3️⃣ Believe in yourself always. Wonka’s confidence in himself is what allowed him to succeed despite his condition (poor, in debt and held captive). #PowerOfCommonMan For this year more so than ever before, as awards season trains its spotlight once again on actors who are accustomed to such gold-tinted attention, we felt it is vital to properly recognise those ubiquitous yet under-acknowledged performers whose regular appearances on our devices were one of the few joys. When it comes to watching movies or TV shows, all eyes are on the main character. It is their story after all, the plot revolves around them. Our attention is supposed to be fixed on the main character, but sometimes it isn't. Sometimes the supporting character is so magnetic or outlandish that they simply demand all the attention, we often say they "steal the scene". Certain actors are gifted with this particularly eccentric quality, and #BellNgasri as "#Berkoba" is one of them. Although they're never the main character, they'll leave you hoping for a spin-off in their honor. Supporting actor/actress not always the most popular due to the notion as someone who’s simply not attractive enough to be a lead or hero. But don’t let that make you think these actors are any less talented just because they sometimes garner less attention and accolades. Don't underestimate the power of a common man. THE ONE WHO WORKS HARD IS NOT THE HERO! This video is the Behind-The-Scenes of the infamous stunt scene from the James Bond classic Live and Let Die. Real crocodiles were used in this scene, which received raving accolades from the audience. However, (as in most movies), the real tough part of crossing the river, with the live crocodiles in them was done by a stunt man. In this case, Kananga, who was a crocodile farm owner and stunt man performed the daring act. It took him 5 takes before getting the effort good enough for the movie. Roger Moore played 007 and likely more talented than Kananga in multiple ways. But do you think that the person who does the real hardwork deserve to get more recognition and reward?
