Clients often ask me 'Why should we partner with you Murrie and Salt', if you are a current client of mine, you know my response.... 😉 I have just had the most amazing Teams call with a HR & Talent Team and wanted to share it on here ✅ The company is a Global entertainment business which is used by millions across the world. I knew their HQ was based in London, but I was unsure on other office locations. They wanted some Insight into the market, salary benchmarking, their recruitment process and to learn more about the areas we cover and locations we can provide recruitment support in. They mentioned they wanted to go through transformation projects in a number of locations: London 🇬🇧 , New York 🇺🇸 , Miami 🇺🇸, Dubai 🏴, Australia 🇦🇺 as well as Singapore 🇸🇬 📈 Being a Global 🌎 Digital recruitment business I told them that London is our HQ, our New York & Dubai offices have been established since 2015, we have offices in Sydney and Melbourne and have an awesome team of recruiters based in Singapore! They were shocked 🤯 with our global presence and said they have spoken to 6 other recruiters in the UK, but they were simply not able to support their growth plans in multiple regions. The company were excited to hear about the projects we have worked on with similar businesses that were also hiring at pace, in multiple countries.
