I'm excited to share our latest Workday report on "Addressing Organizational Burnout Risk," which leverages insights from Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Based on data from 2.6 million employees across 875 companies, our findings reveal that on average 27% of employees in a company are at high risk of burnout. Left unaddressed, burnout risk can cascade from manager to employee, creating a doom loop of negative employee experience with alarming consequences.
