So work cafes are quite a new concept in the UK, but actually it originated in Chile, but it's all over the world now with Santander. And basically the idea is, is that we're bringing the community into the bank. And what we want is we want people to want to come to the bank rather than have to. It's not only for customers, it's actually for everybody. So we've got a unique concept here with our coworking space with our coffee partner, the Colombian Coffee Company. We'll keep you refreshed. Are you working throughout the day? And then we've also got bookable meeting rooms that people can book for two hours at a time and on a daily basis. And you're saying it's really about making banking quite accessible. And I think that's a really strong point because for many people, when we think of banking, we don't think of warmth, friendliness and ease with money. And it sounds like you're trying to like, you know, change up perception around making things a bit more warm. And absolutely. I mean, my, my team are fantastic. I mean, you know, when you come into us, you will get, I'll introduce ones. I'm bringing him on to the camp. Get involved on this. Come on. And so, yeah, bringing owners into it obviously with the team here that it's a two prong, A2 prong attack if you like. So we obviously have people that just come in to use the coworking space and then obviously our customers. So and together it works really well, doesn't it honestly? Is it supposed to be a more relaxed, not so much business focused environment where people can listen to some music? Looking here in the background, but also be able to feel comfortable sitting next to someone where you've got very low levels of noise, as well as mutual respect for the other people that work in the workspace. My job here as host is to make sure that the people that come in have a point of contact. And are able to know where to go instead of left wandering around and and I highlight what we actually offer here where we have the traditional elements of a branch as well as the coworking space which is accessible for all. And also to make them aware that we are on hand specialist to be able to support them in what they need to do as well as highlight the free working space and the meeting room. Yes Sarah I just wanna as both the supplier and a customer of. Santander, I just wanna say thank you. I'll definitely be here.
