🎓📊 Exciting Faculty Meeting at NRC's Pharmacology Department! 📚🧪 Today, I had the privilege of introducing the concept of System Dynamics and Dynamic Performance Management approach to my esteemed professors and colleagues at our faculty meeting. 🌟 I must admit, diving into System Dynamics was a bit confusing at first, but the discussion that followed was incredibly enriching! 💡🗣️ We had some insightful interactions and received valuable comments from our brilliant team. 🤝🤔 As the meeting drew to a close, I had the privilege of presenting a Dynamic Performance Graph (DPG) chart, illustrating how we can foster research integrity. 📈🔬 We explored how the government can strategically leverage its resources and performance drivers to combat research fraud. 🏛️🔍 Here's to the future of research and the incredible minds at NRC's Pharmacology Department! 🚀🧪 #PharmacologyInnovation #SystemDynamics #DynamicPerformanceManagement #ResearchIntegrity #NRCFacultyMeeting

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: PBPK principles and hands-on application using GastroPlus® from Simulations Plus, Inc. It was a well structured 8 week long hands-on training session implementing the theory and application of PBPK modeling through the use of #GastroPlus in an intensive Summer Camp. It is a complete package for anyone who is enthusiastic to learn. It not only introduced you to basics of PBPK modelling but also enable you to develop your own model by the end of workshop. PBPK analyses use models and simulations that combine physiology, population, and drug substance and product characteristics to mechanistically describe the pharmacokinetic (PK) and/or pharmacodynamic behaviors of a drug product. This smoothly integrated platform combines a user-friendly interface with powerful science to help you make faster and more informed project. Besides all that learning networking among industry, government, and academic scientists is a valuable and important part of the experience! #highlyrecommended #GastroPlus #UniversityPlus #PBPKSummerCamp2023 #SimulationPlus https://lnkd.in/eFCDQKTh
