The DMC is partnered with the Florida Policy Project (FPP) to research and investigate the housing affordability crisis in Florida. The FPP is a non-profit, non-partisan research institute that researches and collects data to advance policies that improve the lives of Floridians. The team created in this partnership — led by Shane Dabney and consisting of Elizabeth Miller, Eliza Terziev, and Gabriel Valvassori — compares affordable housing strategies employed throughout the country and evaluates their applicability to Florida, proposing the relevant solutions to Florida’s crisis.
