As a part of community service and World Environment Day, Withum India hosted a water conservation initiative. As a part of this initiative, small water reservoirs were created to collect the rain water which will in turn recharge the underground water and ensure the continuous water supply for the city. Withum team members visited a reserved forest in Bengaluru where the water collection pits were created. Team members also volunteered for creating channels near the wells for easy passage of water collection followed by plogging plastic waste from the surroundings. For Withum India's cricket tournament Withum Premiere League - WPL 2024, a Jersey Launch event was hosted at our Bengaluru office. It was an amazing evening kick started with group dance, followed by an address from Head of HR, Vikram P Rao sharing how WPL creates a culture of collaboration and healthy competition at Withum.
