Excited to see what comes of this partnership being it’s beyond a vanity collaboration. I’ve been an avid fan of the blend between an athletic performance and team mindset into the business dynamic and this is a perfect case.
There’s so much companies can learn from high performing athletes and teams such as how to bounce back after a bad quarter, how to shift your assets around to perform at your best, and how to create a drive for performance beyond a paycheck.
Kudos to Delta too for sharing their “onboarding plan” for him, before he goes and coaches the team on how to perform better, create winning strategies etc… shadow the operations, immerse in the existing culture.. increasing credibility when he can speak the Delta lingo!

How have we done it? 👀
For WCS Agency - A direct correlation to the amount of face time and relationship building we’ve done over the last 3 months showcasing our value and ability to problem solve for clients.
For Cardiff Life - Social strategy was implemented and we cruised from 15k > 30k followers in 4 months. We’ve had 2 special editions, Black History Month and IWD and I can say single handedly these two publications have been springboards for our success. It isn’t easy tackling the topics and conversations that are tough and sometimes uncomfortable but we have to use this platform for good and it seems to be paying off.
The team have been mega, you know who you are and how grateful I am for your hard work! 🫶
