We are excited to share that YCE Sales has a new member of our ownership team: Tom O'Rourke. Tom brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our business, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team. His expertise and leadership will undoubtedly drive our continued growth and success. Tom joined YCE Sales in 2020, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry. Starting as our Director of Lighting Sales, Tom played a crucial role in growing our lighting business across Michigan and Indiana. His contributions over the past two years in management have been invaluable, and they have prepared him well for this next step.   In addition to his ownership role, Tom will serve as our Director of Sales. Tom will be responsible for driving sales strategy and expanding our market presence within all sectors. Outside of work, Tom is a devoted family man. He spends his weekends cheering on his son and daughter at their sporting events. His daughter is passionate about competitive dance, while his son is an avid lacrosse player. Flashback to the moment of Sales Director, National Sales Manager, GRSM, and RSM visited the distributor in November 2022. We visit about 15 outlets in 2 different subdistricts, i got many insight about many things to fix and how to increase the number of items of products in outlet. Our Director of Sales Stephanie Coplan did something interesting this year. She had the sales team each have an accountability partner. The partner's assignment was to work with the other person and push them while helping stay positive and motivated. It has been a great success.
