Value creation by purpose led marketing and digital transformation- views are my own

Sometimes life can be a challenge. Pressing deadlines, an overseas business trip taking you away from a home, a cancelled train. And then there are the big challenges, like a life changing health diagnosis. Some people like to meet challenges head on and one of those is Joe. A Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis has prompted Joe to run the London Marathon. And to make it more of a challenge, Joe will be broadcasting live the entire time, using a LiveU LU300S bonded IP video encoder and LiveU Studio, our Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosted cloud production solution. Why is he doing this? Because he wants to show people who have been in similar situations to him, that they can go on to achieve amazing things. We’re proud to be supporting Joe; he embodies what we mean when we say #LiveAndUnlimited. #IPVideo #LRT #LiveProduction #Inspire #Innovate

Running the London Marathon is a considerable challenge. Running it with a 360° camera attached, with full audio, while live streaming the whole event via LiveU ups the ante. Doing so while diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) is a whole different thing altogether. This is what Joe Ramsden is doing this Sunday. Two years ago to the day the 2024 TCS London Marathon takes place, he found himself suddenly unable to walk and see and was admitted to hospital. After four similar incidents and being in and out of hospital, he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of MS. Joe will be live streaming the whole event, with LiveU supplying a LU300S and LiveU Studio to stream to YouTube. Transmission TX has provided the camera/audio tech while The Grip Company LTD has designed a full rig, which was quite a challenge. You can watch Joe here and contribute to MIND and The MS Society, his chosen charities. Check out all the details here: https://lnkd.in/dXdKrJYS You got this, Joe and we are all right with you.
