It reminds me of The Four Agreements; a book written by Don Miguel Ruiz which advocates and expands on 4 principles (or agreements) for life… - Be Impeccable With Your Word - Don't Take Anything Personally - Don't Make Assumptions - Always Do Your Best Four simple statements, that I would suggest are all very positive leadership traits.
