Don't you just love it when there is a "Pricing" page on the website that doesn't have a single number on it? 😡 I don't care about your strategy for capturing leads I will not go through several meetings with your sales rep and send in a ton of data just to get a ballpark estimate. You're not getting my email till I see some prices. There's a higher chance of you winning the Eurojackpot lottery than getting my phone number before I see some prices. I understand: "We need to explain the value our product provides before we can give you the price..." "We need to tailor our offer to your specific needs..." You're still not getting my contact info until I see at least some ballpark estimates of the cost.

These ‘fans’ should also be banned from making ticket purchases via the FA (or indeed UEFA & FIFA) or playing any formal part in grass roots football. Clubs like Arsenal F.C supported by Signify have been trailblazers in taking a proactive approach when it comes to online & in stadium abuse. Making consequences real & painful can act as a powerful deterrent. And you could go further. Get broadcasters like Sky on side and subscription services could be taken away from those arrested. This is the stick approach. Of course, there is also the carrot. Agree to attend education programmes run by the likes of Kick It Out & you have a chance of remaining in the football family.
