In 2023, the sector saw significant financial commitments, with total funding peaking in October at $1.236 billion. Last week, MetaProp released the Year-End 2023 Global PropTech Confidence Index, which offers global PropTech investors and founders perspectives on the state of the industry. Additionally, Commercial Observer's Philip Russo shares Aaron Block's analysis of the Year-End 2023 report in the latest #PropTechInsider article.
