And, no matter how good our hiring process is… It’s hard to know in advance if this investment will pay off. So, at MDliaison, we’ve created a better way. Join our platform. And you can quickly hire fractional talent, on-demand…that is already trained and (if needed) already has a rolodex. While some of our clients do still opt for 40 hour a week projects…others have been bringing reps on for smaller commitments like 10 hours per week. Growth takes risk, of course. But there is no rule that says this risk can’t be incremental and calculated :)
