So incredibly proud of these two ladies right here! The Best of the Best Guest Service Associate, Yeala, and Wax Specialist, Princess, in Q1 in Wax Center Partners' Central region! They both just so happen to work at our Elk Grove center (shoutout to their equally talented Center Manager, Alexandra Kirkendall, for her top notch coaching skills and helping them achieve their goals). In Q4 last year I decided I had to up our associate appreciation game in the region, and so I began the Regional's Award program. After the end of every quarter, I identify the top 3 performers in the 3 main KPI categories for our wax specialists and GSAs. These associates get lunch on the company and a Regional's Award certificate to thank them for their efforts and dedication to their role. The highest ranked wax specialist and GSA of this bunch are awarded the coveted EWC Stanley Cup. These associates are not just the best performers, but are pillars of support at their centers, they embody our brand values, and they come to work every day ready to put their best foot forward. Two quarters into this program and the EWC Stanley is now a highly sought-after beacon of success in our region. Can't wait to see who takes home the Q2 cups!
