At Johnson & Johnson, DEI is woven into the fabric of everything we do. We recognize that in our pursuit to create a healthier, more equitable world, embracing DEI is a business imperative.   Our diverse workforce and culture of belonging help us accelerate innovation and drive business impact to solve the world’s most pressing healthcare challenges. In addition, our sustained focus on DEI helps our employees to thrive and be their best selves every day.   I am proud today to share our fifth annual We All Belong: DEI Impact Review. Through data and impactful stories, this report showcases how DEI initiatives fuel innovation and foster business growth to meet the evolving needs of the patients, providers, partners and communities we serve.   Advancing DEI requires commitment and collaboration. None of the accomplishments highlighted in this report would be possible without the dedication and actions of our Johnson & Johnson colleagues who show up every day to make J&J a place where we all belong. I also extend my appreciation to our partners who support our efforts to attract top talent, foster a culture of inclusion and advance health equity. Together, we are shaping a future where everyone can thrive. By fostering a culture of belonging where every individual can be their authentic selves, we are ensuring that good health is within reach for those who depend on us every day.   Learn more and access the report: https://lnkd.in/eqxkCqB7.

Wanda Hope, this is impressive! Investment in DEI Business and Research is a huge impact item. Creating a sense of belonging is more than words and posts. The business climate WITHIN J&J needs your time and attention! You are the woman for the job! Until you are able to eliminate a culture of continuous retaliation if employees have the courage to point out patterns of pay inequities, bonus inequality and preferencial treatment for folks with knowledge of inappropriate relationships (hush money), nothing changes. Yes, the public social medias posts will check all the trending boxes, and employees will add likes, to keep targets off their backs - but in real life, folks are pushed out through the HR approved methods that are “legal”, or “off the books”, but not right. Truth never comes to light in a culture that is led and managed by folks with something to hide. Take down the Granite Credo in the Company lobby, it was never meant to be a marketing tool- let’s not disrespect it by treating it as such. Let’s do better!

Wanda Hope I was speaking to an employee, a friend of mine from middle and high school, and she was saying how inclusive J&J's environment is for BIPOC. I resigned from an organization due to its culture, so it is awesome to hear of a large organization that upholds a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture!

DEI is altruistic -- a weakness in concept as weak as "climate change" -- being awake is in the fine tuning -- values are specific.

Really appreciate that J&J not only has clearly stated employee engagement and inclusion aspirational goals, but documents its progress transparently
