Some really good takeaways from this (via Teemu Henriksson): 1) Digital rev now makes up 51% of total rev; 2) Dig rev contributes to 70% of margin 3) Only 27% of rev comes from advertising, 52% from subs. 4) Check out the operating model... years ago, can imagine "editorial" stood where "Product" sits today.
