🌟Monday Reflections: Inclusion in Business Practices🌟 Hello LinkedIn community. I trust you had a productive weekend. As we resume our activities in our various roles, I'd like to bring to mind an important aspect of our business practices that promotes productivity; inclusion. As one who has worked with different teams ensuring legal compliance, I've had a first-hand experience on the transforming effect of inclusion. Inclusion in a business environment entails establishing and encouraging diversity as a tool for collaboration and the overall success of a workplace. It respects the distinct perspectives and contributions of each team member to drive innovation and create a sense of belonging in the delivery of tasks. Inclusion should be established as part of a company’s culture. Policies and business practices should be regularly assessed to be in line with inclusivity objectives. Proactively identifying and addressing unintentional prejudices is critical to creating a fair and equitable work environment for the benefit of all. As we progress this week, we can commit to fostering an inclusive workplace.
