Sanderson Design Group plc.’s Post

This week has been all about Standfast and Barracks, our prestigious, historical fabric printing factory celebrating its centenary this year... With the official anniversary date back in April, celebrations have continued at a pace, and Wednesday saw our teams gather together for a very special occasion, highlighting the innovative work that Standfast & Barracks has become renowned for in its 100 years and toasting its achievements, of which there are many more to come. We held a celebration on Wednesday, and what a time we had! The Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire, Amanda Parker, was in attendance to unveil our Grade II listed, newly restored Clock Tower and a commemorative plaque and presented Standfast with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (which we won some time ago, but the pageantry of being awarded it during our celebrations was wonderful). Here's to many more years!

Congratulations Standfast and Barracks. An amazing business and inspiring history. Some of my happiest working moments were spent in the Caton Road site . Best wishes for many more years producing the best fabric prints in the world some of which I see are still going strong.

Congratulations
