Project management is an art form that requires a very unique skill set. You have to be organized, possess fantastic communication skills, and know how to keep a team on track. • Time-Blocking.
Use Google Calendar to plan your week by dedicating blocks of time to specific tasks or projects.
  • Managing Notifications.
Minimize your distractions. Customize your Slack to receive only specific notifications about your projects, and pull your email window into a separate tab to avoid seeing how many emails are in your inbox.
  • Prioritizing Tasks.
You can’t go wrong with an old-fashioned to-do list. I like to divide my tasks into urgent and short-term to keep myself focused on what needs the most attention first. Keep it simple to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
  • 4. Taking Breaks.
Taking breaks during the day helps me, as I know once I finish a certain number of tasks, I will have time to pause before starting on the next thing.

She also understands the role that relationships play in effective project management. Keeping everyone, and everything, moving in the same direction is no small feat. And she always does it with a smile. Great job, Annie! 🌟
