Should you give customers exactly what they want? Steve Jobs always said his job was to "figure out what they want before they do." In this short article we see how kiosks in a fast casual or quick service setting can increase the customer experience dramatically! It's all in the data. With customers tipping 4.4% higher and average tickets increasing 18.8% they are telling the brand that the customer experience is heightened. Kiosks in the fast casual space allow the employees to focus on customer experiences instead of taking customers orders!!
