Give yourself the best chance possible to hit your driver consistently further and straighter! Achieving a solid top of the backswing position will help you do this Lateral sway leading to that over extended look at the top of the swing can cause a swing direction that moves excessively out to in and a downward attack angle into the golf ball - not conducive to maximising ball speed and carry distance A forward ball position with the driver should help set the golfer up with some axis tilt, and give them a good starting point to have some tilted turn away from the target at the top of the swing - giving them a better chance of sequencing a downswing that delivers a more upward attack angle

Upright sprinting is a 🔼 vertical task 🔼 It requires that the athlete applies a predominance of their forces vertically 🔽 down 🔽 into the ground. ⛳️ SATURDAY ! Shot shape: Why you should LEARN to have a desired ball flight. When a ball moves a certain direction, it becomes more PREDICTABLE! In this case, moving it right to left, I know that my ball either goes straight (and it’s okay) or will go left (which is also okay). So by committing to a certain shape, you can eliminate a side of the course you want to avoid when hitting your golf ball, and staying away from trouble. What’s your preferred shot shape and why??

Why do you need to load tires progressively, to get maximum grip from them? Here is an analogy that can help you understand this... If I walked up to you, and then suddenly pushed you hard--you'd go flying off balance. However, if I started pushing you gently at first, and then kept increasing the pressure you would be able to stand in the same place Much, MUCH Longer. Tires grip is just like that... This is exactly why SMART objectives are important. He is Specific about jumping the fence, but the objective has not been Measured. How far is the fence from the swing? At what height will he still need to be when reaching the fence to clear it? This would inform him about whether it is Achievable. Once measured, test runs could be done jumping in the direction away from the fence to determine whether a jump of those measurements is Realistic. A plan including those steps could still be achieved in a Time-sensitive way, without jumping into the fence causing injury. https://lnkd.in/g2NsXFDx

What did it feel like? How long did that feeling last? ~ When was a time that I felt most deeply at peace and satisfied in my life? Did it include physical things? People? Was it found within? ~ If you already knew that after each achievement, accomplishment and milestone you hit, there will always be more, what would you rather prioritize over achievement as the key metric for how to live? Stepping out of the rat race is no easy feat, that’s because it’s designed to keep you stuck in it. And yet, your answers to these questions may just offer you the cheat code to break into the next level of the game - a level that  very few ever make it into.
