All RE brokers I worked with poorly communicated and were not transparent. Last one took my offer and disappeared for 2 days. I found out that I didn’t get it from Zillow.

Zestimate is Wrong, even Zillow Knows it 😮 I get asked all the time "why does Zillow say my home is worth X?" when in reality it is not. In this video I cast some serious shade on Zillow's Zestimate. Why? Because it's garbage and as a mortgage and real estate professional I see and hear about Zillow all the time and just roll my eyes. Today's excitement? First closing as a licensed agent! Woo hoo! Yes, I was also the buyer. But still, how cool is that?! I found this one on Zillow. Like a lot of you, I probably get several Zillow emails every day. Most I delete within seconds as I try to stay within my buy box.
