Proud of my team 👩🏼💻 Over the past eight weeks, our dedicated team has developed tools that deliver data-driven insights to Procter & Gamble. We’re happy with the successful completion of these impactful projects, improving the productivity of warehouse operations: 1. Staffing Calculator This tool defines target productivity based on historical productivity and forecasted volumes to determine the number of employees needed. 2. Dynamic CDR Defining the staffed capacity levels based on historical demand, this tool is a proactive approach to capital investments. 3. Order Sizing Tool By optimizing order patterns for enhanced efficiency and compliance, this tool will help P&G achieve significant cost savings.
