This resulted in increased investment and physical performance support for World Championship Tour (WCT), World Challenger Series (WCS) and the World Qualifying/Pro Junior Series (WQPJ) surfers. Since this time no data has been published on the physical capacities of competitive surfers. The aim of this study was to report current lower body strength and power profiles across WCT, WCS and WQPJ tier surfers, identifying performance gaps across the pathway and providing a resource for talent identification. 🔗https://lnkd.in/g9kSmbbW
