So for this Talent Tuesdays we’ve chosen someone who is well versed in the F & B space…her biggest hit revolves around it. So Kelis, born into a foodie family, actually studied at Le Cordon Bleu, after several incredible years in the music industry. Kelis also owns Bounty & Full, a boutique wellness brand; with small-batch production runs, to accommodate the seasonal, natural ingredients, it’s very cool – overdue for a rebrand – give us a shout on this one, would be so very fun to dig into it! Meanwhile, if we were going to present our 3 big ideas for where Kelis could take her F & B career next, it would be this: 1. The most obvious – Kelis, it’s about time you launched a Milkshake! Now these wouldn’t be just any milkshakes the opportunity for creativity is huge. From fibre rich - pre biotic, collagen infused – nootropic, more creative US influenced flavours from cinnamon brioche bun to PB + J. The form factor could also vary – a simple RTD/ powder/ frozen pre mix. Regardless of the milkshake of choice, think of the music video/ ad. 2. An Arepas line to compete against Old El Paso/ Frontera. Kelis has frequently posted various Arepas recipe so why not launch a line of delicious, ambient, fresh tasting Arepas (we’re seeing more brands entering this space, most recently COYOTAS tortillas was seen at Expo West) which could then evolve into signature sauces, marinades, BBQ sprays, spicy kits + rubs 3. Take Bounty & Full to the next level with subscription boxes. As each batch is short run the product could become both collectors items + cultivate a cult following to guide future, larger production opportunities

We’re knee-deep in proposal season, so to those of you who are now officially off the market – congrats! There’s no doubt that you’re probably on cloud nine and feeling all the emotions right now. I mean, you can no longer put up your hand during Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” anymore. I’d say it’s a pretty big deal. And while it’s already overwhelming enough to come up with a witty Instagram caption to share the big news, you’re probably also debating whether you really even need to throw an engagement party. Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s a great idea, and here’s why. First off, engagement parties are perfect for melting away any initial awkwardness between your families. No matter how tight knit your relationship is, chances are there are some relatives on both sides who are practically strangers. So, instead of having those slightly uncomfortable introductions on your wedding day, everyone can get to know each other at your engagement party. Secondly, it’s a great pre-wedding rehearsal. It allows you to start figuring out how many guests to plan for, estimate the amount of food and drinks required, and identify any guests who might need a bit more attention than others. Lastly, and this doesn’t even need more of an explanation, engagement parties are the perfect excuse to eat and drink. But instead of organising the drinks yourself, I would suggest making the event a bit more memorable for your nearest and dearest by hiring a professional mobile bar service. Thirst’s mobile bars come fully stocked with delicious beverages and can be decked out to match your engagement party's theme. Another great thing about our mobile bar services is that the drinks are crafted fresh by friendly, academy-trained bartenders, who will also make sure to create an inviting atmosphere for everyone. There's a bunch of other reasons why Thirst Bar Services are perfect for your engagement party, but let's chat about them when you reach out to us. #weddings #mobilesbars #proposalideas #sayyes

TEQUILA FOR BREAKFAST Our People & Culture team has been nudging me to create a dedicated strategy for employer branding. I told them we didn't need it. Often, it feels like a way to present a polished, sugar-coated image of the company. But since they're insistent, I'm sharing now a story from this morning around 10 AM at our HQ in Milan. We were very excited 'cause we shattered every record: - January was the best month in our history for bookings across all 5 markets. - Yesterday, both the Italian and Spanish markets broke the single-day booking record too. - And basically, we achieved in ONE MONTH what, 3 years ago, we made in a WHOLE YEAR. Insane, f*****g insane! So Paolo improvised a celebration. He ran to the nearby supermarket, returning with treats, pastries, and - to top it off - some booze (including a nice Tequila from a WeRoad trip in Mexico), and took over the Finance team’s desk to pour tequila, vodka, and gin to everyone. Is this employer branding enough or do you prefer some posed photos of new employees happy to join with a cheesy presentation? :) BTW we have several open positions for tequila lovers! I appreciate LinkedIn because it allows you to connect and develop meaningful conversations with people before communicating with them in person. Libby L. Lauer, MS, and I were LinkedIn connections, which opened the opportunity for a phone call one afternoon, and I asked many questions about Senior Living's best practices. She shared profound insights, and I was excited to learn she will attend the Senior Housing News Sales and Marketing Conference this week. Another note that I wanted to pass along is that she, along with her team at Senior Source Consulting Group (SSCG), will be serving sparkling non-alcoholic wine at the conference at their table. I asked why they were providing this beverage at the Conference, and I loved her feedback and wanted to share: It goes back to our company's mission – "improving the customer experience." As we have learned through thousands of mystery shops, so many communities host daily/weekly happy hours and speak of these frequently during tours, but to someone who doesn't drink or can't drink due to medications/medical conditions, this frequent talk of "happy hours" can be alienating; for prospects, current residents, and family members as well. The good news is that alcohol-removed wines are growing in popularity, and there are many choices now! Offering alcohol-removed wines in senior living goes RIGHT along with our mission of "Improving the customer experience." So, at the 2024 Sales & Marketing Conference next week, we can all sip and taste to see if these wines might be a good option to include in happy hours to ensure the fun and festivities are inclusive for everyone! Thank you, Libby! Keep adding good into the universe! #seniorlivingmarketing #seniorliving #agingservices #customerexperience #salesmarketingconference #connections #mysteryshopping #nonalcoholic

It's this time of the year... when the Christmas party is around the corner! 🤗 For some, this is the happening of the year. ❌ For others, it's something you have to go through. ✨ How to turn a Christmas party into a magic moment for all employees? ✨ Here are my top five dos for corporate Christmas parties: 1️⃣ Never underestimate the importance of delicious food! It makes people come together and creates joy. 2️⃣ Use this moment to reflect together. Focus on the highlights including achievements from ALL teams. Avoid lengthy speeches like "A stands for..., B stands for..., C stands for...". 3️⃣ Make it inclusive! Think about details like attractive food options for everyone (e.g. festive vegan food). Offer a nice variety of non-alcoholic drinks, too. Consider accessibility factors (e.g. for wheelchairs). 4️⃣ Ensure that as many people as possible can take part as easily as possible. This may include booking hotel rooms for remote team members in advance. As well as choosing the date and location wisely. 5️⃣ Pick the right music to unleash kick-ass dance battles. Thanks to these five points above the envelio Christmas party was full of magic moments for me (see video compilation). Even though I have to admit, that there were some instances when the music didn't catch me. But this is something pretty hard to achieve having diverse teams and preferences. Something AI should solve in the future 😜 Special thanks to Janna Münster and Julia Deling for such a great organization with a love for detail! Which dos (and don'ts) would you add? #ChristmasParty #envelio #CorporateCulture #CompanyCulture #YearEndCelebration #CorporateEvent #Celebration #TeamBonding #YearEndParty #MagicMoments

Strategic Producer Event & Brand Building +20 years | ex tv host back on stage ⭐️ Moderator & Speaker AI brain | Mental Health for companies |
#howdrunkisok #internalevents Alcohol is a part of our celebration culture. But how drunk is ok at a professional internal event? 🧐 Many of the companies I work with want to lower the level of intoxication but are afraid the event won’t feel as generous anymore, if it’s not enough wine to the food, the refill, and that pre drink, and that… But many companies are issue free, having done great internal work shifting the expectations of what makes an AMAZING event. ⭐️ Investing more in MOOD BOOSTERS that gives other emotional highs than drinks. I still see drunk managers on stage from time to time. I honestly can’t see how that is representing any brand at its best. But hey. Maybe I’m too PoliticallyCorrect and the internal event should be a place to let loose. What’s you opinion? and how does the alcohol flow at your company? #lifeofaproducer #eventadvicory #questionnorms #brandexperience #internalevents #employerbrand #hr #strategiccommunication #livingthebrand #liberatedfromalcohol #moderator #host #mentalworkout #publicspeaker

"Hey, Winfinity, why don't you hire a bartender?" Hello everyone, we are back in the office from Manila 🇵🇭 and recovering from our recently frequent companion jet lag 🛩 . The SiGMA World event was a blast and shined even brighter than usual, so we brought back some truly incredible memories that will stay with us forever ❤️. Thanks to all the people who made these days even more special. Yes, guys, you know that now I am talking exactly about you🫰🏼. Now let's get back to the very first sentence of this post. The most asked question at this event was - 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐮𝐲𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝? Well, to get one would be the simplest option, yet it would give us the minimum value. Why? Let me explain. A professional bartender is a great option to provide visitors of our exhibition booth with quality cocktails, indeed. But wait, what else does it give us? Erm, nothing more than that, tbh 🤷♀️ . And now, let's see what the advantages are of having an actual team representative serving drinks. 🎯 The first and foremost advantage is that every team member knows things about the product we offer, and while preparing a cocktail, they can also talk with people and tell them more about our company, game features, and discuss industry insights. 🎯Secondly, all of us know our clients and partners by faces and names, which makes it easier to guide them to the right team member and helps start and keep the conversation going in the right way, pick the correct discussion subjects, and ask related questions. 🎯Moreover, staying at the bar is a brilliant way to network and gather contacts of people who came for a drink and can appear to be someone really valuable. 🎯Also, what matters is a vibe. Everyone who ever came to our exhibition stand knows that we have that special W-vibe which doesn't let you go away so fast when you come. I doubt that a random hired bar professional would be able to catch and support our vibe starting from day one. 🎯Furthermore, when team members are involved in serving drinks, their passion and dedication to the company they work for become evident, leaving a lasting impression on visitors and creating a memorable experience. It also adds a personal touch, doesn't it? 🎯Additionally, it is another way to prove how versatile our talents are and that the amazing dream W-team can do anything. Miks Brūvers and I used to be related to the restaurant business ages ago, and this is an opportunity to remember, refresh and not forget our bartending skills. Because unnecessary skills do not exist. Thanks, Mick for sharing bar duties with me during these two busy days of the absolutely outstanding event. I was happy to work with you back to back; it proved that we are a dream team once again! Thanks to everyone who visited us at SiGMA Asia, we were really happy to see you! To Winfinity and beyond! 🥂 #livecasino
