I've been through the whole 'rock up and make shit up' cycle of training and it is nowhere near as effective. Great one! For me, and others fighting #Dysthymia, the Gym is where to gain back control.. so yes, if lost in life, that's one of the safe destinations to take. I know how hard it is to take the first step. I know how painful it is to be with a broken compass and even more painful to look around at all the people who seem to have it all figured out and it feels like a total collapse. Stop comparing yourself with anyone else, everyone is on a different path. Everyone fights their own battles. If wandering where to start, go to the gym, go for a walk, go for a run, start writing, knitting, painting, whatever, Just Do It! Take control! Spend 5 minutes at first.. increase them to 10.. 12 the next day.. It really doesn't matter what and for how long. Simply be mindful that it is you who is in control of making and executing the decisions. Built that feeling of self-awareness stronger. Seek satisfaction after overcoming procrastination, unwillingness, laziness, sadness, or whatever obstacle pulling you back. Transfer that feeling to anything else in your day and that helps tremendously to get back on track of your own agenda in life. In any case, don't ever underestimate what's going on inside. It's always better to seek prevention than treatment 🥰
