At i3, we consider our clientele and our dedicated team as more than just associates – they're an extension of our family. It's heartening to witness the transformation of customers evolving into cherished members of this close-knit community. The longevity of relationships speaks volumes, with the majority of our team members averaging of 9 years at i3, and some even retiring with us. This trend is also reflected in our customer base, some have stayed with us for over 25 years. Curiosity often leads me to ponder: What makes individuals choose the embrace of a close-knit, independent private organization over larger corporations? I believe it lies in the little gestures – the time invested in preparing meals for colleagues or the meticulous craftsmanship behind a dome cleaner tool that took two years to perfect. These acts are our ways of communicating to those we collaborate with, that their relation with us is deserving of our time and unwavering attention, akin to our own families.
