The biggest one of these seems always #2, making time for learning. The challenge is to "take someone off the line" to dedicate their time to learn something. Personally, I find really interesting internal "on the job" training and considering learning as an organizational objective. This last one -not coincidentally in my opinion- is frequently seen in high-growth startups.

And embody your culture! It’s one thing to have a culture and values and a mission statement but until they are embodied by the leadership and the team they remain an utopia
