Guess what day it is? HUMP DAY unfortunately I won’t be humping anyone lmfao 🤣 @surfman374 🤣🤙 @rigsreefclassicspearfishing David Michael Ramsey I mean I wish us was lmfao 🤣 “Ask And You Shall Receive”? 🤣 The butterfly effect is the idea that small things can have non-linear impacts on a complex system. The concept is imagined with a butterfly flapping its wings and causing a typhoon. Of course, a single act like the butterfly flapping its wings cannot cause a typhoon. In chaos theory, the butterfly effect is the sensitive dependence on initial conditions in which a small change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state. The term is closely associated with the work of mathematician and meteorologist Edward Norton Lorenz. #intelligencecommunity #intelligence #security #counterterrorism #cia #mi #nationalsecurity #nsa #military #dhs #humint #terrorism #counterintelligence #espionage #spy #homelandsecurity #riskassessment #lawenforcement #closeprotection #militarytransition #securityconsultant #criticalinfrastructure #lawenforcementtoday #cpp #secretservice #veteran #vulnerabilityassessment #securitymanagement #militarytraining #DMR travel 🧭 Mark 11:24 - Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.Jul 21, 2023 BibleStudyTools.com "Ask and You Shall Receive" Bible Verses to Inspire Your Faith 11 Verses 9 to 10. 👏🏼 Yes, and if we want kids to become better leaders of themselves and others, we need to let them lead. 🙌🏼 How do you teach students to lead their learning? Do they have the chance to learn ways they might leverage unique talents for the greater good? What authentic opportunities does your school provide for them to learn and practice leadership? Are those opportunities intentional? Equitable? These skills are too important to leave to chance. ♥️💚💙 #leaderinme #edchat #model #leadershipskills #lifeready #studentengagement #4dx #educationalleadership #selsystems

In some professions, such as law, finance, or scientific research, objective decision-making based on data and facts may be more critical than relying on empathy. Strong leadership often requires making tough decisions that may not always align with individual emotions or feelings. In highly task-oriented roles where efficiency and productivity are paramount. Emphasizing results and outcomes could take precedence over empathetic interactions. In creative fields or critical analysis, constructive criticism and feedback may be more valuable than an empathetic approach to foster growth and improvement. Overemphasis on empathy can blur professional boundaries, making it challenging to maintain objectivity and impartiality in decision-making. In roles that require a strong focus on meeting client needs and expectations, empathy should be balanced with professionalism and achieving business objectives. The importance of empathy may vary depending on the nature of the job, the industry, and the specific context in which it is applied. Striking a balance between empathy and other important traits is essential for creating a well-rounded and effective work environment.
Happy Friday, people.

International Keynote Speaker on Leadership. I work with Organizations that want to have inspired leaders, empowered employees, and extraordinary results.
“Thank you" is probably a frequently used word in your vocabulary. As it should be, thanking people is one of the foundational principles of polite society. But when was the last time you went beyond those two words and told someone specifically what makes you thankful for them? It’s probably been a while. We all have those people who make our lives better. They are the problem solvers, the supporters, and the bringers of laughter and joy. This week, I challenge you: take some time and thank those people, and give them some details about what you appreciate so much about them. Who is someone who makes your life better? Let’s hear about them in the comments! #liveonpurpose #bemindful #leadershipmatters #thoughtleaders #gratitude

Celebrating my birthday this weekend gave me a renewed sense of passion for life. I am reminded of what a gift each day is and how we can use our stories and talents to inspire and motivate others to live their most authentic lives. The past year has been a huge transformation for me. I left my six-figure job, created a new personal and professional identity for myself, and forged a path that was uniquely mine. It was terrifying, but I learned 3 things: 1. Even if you’re scared, you can still move through the fear. 2. Discipline is critical to changing your life. It’s the consistency of small steps every day that has a compounding momumental effect. 3. It’s called “growing pains” for a reason. Growth is uncomfortable. It’s painful, but if you can learn to live with discomfort, you will be so much stronger on the other side. My birthday wish for everyone is to find your “why” and do it on purpose. Live with intention and don’t let others expectations and fears cloud your own judgment. You’ve got this! 💞

There is a beautiful quote from the Bhagavad Gita: "Detachment isn't about owning nothing; it’s about nothing owning you." When it comes to the year-end, I've noticed that people often express gratitude to others for helping them in difficult situations, which is wonderful. However, is it the only time we should convey our thanks? Also, I've observed instances where individuals mention that they've helped someone, yet the other person shows no gratitude. Why are we so insistent that others should be grateful to us all the time? It was a choice for you to help or not, and showing gratitude is their choice. Embrace the spirit of gratitude beyond year-end reflections, recognizing that true fulfillment comes not from expecting acknowledgment but from the genuine joy of selfless giving. Wishing you a year filled with meaningful connections and enduring peace. #Gratitude 🌟
