I recently had an extended exchange with your support team after I was told by Vimeo support that analytics for Vimeo videos that are embedded on other sites could not be verifiably accurate (something that is really essential as an independent filmmaker trying to hold film festivals accountable and ensure they watch the film I paid to submit). ...but you're touting new AI tools? I would be more excited about an announcement stating that now Vimeo's analytics for embedded videos can be considered a source of truth (like any other industry-standard web metrics/analytics).

2wYou're one of the biggest online video platforms, and you don't offer video transitions in your editor. It's just baffling. Are you forcing me to download my created video and use another service to add transitions between clips? Even Canva, which is $150 a year, offers this. Can you send this message to the people in charge so they get it? It's just pure lazy and stupid thinking. How can a major video brand not offer video transitions between clips? I almost paid 600 to upgrade, then saw this is beyond stupid. No reason to even renew. If you do offer this. Then your UI sucks. Not even one video or article that shows you how.
