How wonderful to be back in the Outer Banks of North Carolina to conduct company-wide hospitality training for the staff of Village Realty, which offers over 775 vacation homes, and their sister company, Beach Retreats by Village (https://lnkd.in/eVmZfjKr), a collection of unique inns, B&B’s, and motels in the region. Although this was my first time conducting private training for them, they have been a huge Kennedy Training Network, Inc. supporter for many years, having sent their staff to attend my area-wide trainings sponsored by various associations for well over two decades. I got to reconnect with many of their top leaders, many of whom I’ve known for a long time such as Edas Zemaitis, Kara Beatty, and Misty Hughes. But what really made me smile was the enthusiastic participation of some of their newest staff and leaders like Amy Wrenn, Bailey Griffin, and Joseph Braswell! #KennedyTrainingNetwork #OnTheRoadWithDoug #Hospitality #HospitalityTraining
