Together with our partners at JPF Capital, we’re happy to share that Arbello was unanimously approved by the City of San Mateo. Located at 477 9th Ave, Arbello is a five-story podium building that will bring 120 mixed-income apartments and approx., 29,000 SF of Class A office to Downtown San Mateo. The project is 5 blocks from the San Mateo Caltrain Station and a short distance to numerous medical employers, including Sutter Health. A huge congratulations to the entire team for bringing Bevel to life. Drawing inspiration from the mid-century modern aesthetic prevalent in the San Diego area, our goal was to craft a retro haven with a vibrant SoCal ambiance. By infusing modern nuances with nods to the past through striking color blocking and rich American walnut, we’ve created a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. From schematic design through construction documentation, Bevel's design story consistently reflects that unique San Diego local flavor. Bevel is where bold design meets timeless elegance, a place residents are proud to call home and a project we are proud to be a part of.
