Celebrating Two Amazing Years at Dental Intelligence! 🎉 When I first started, I remember jotting down my thoughts in a LinkedIn post, wanting to remember that mix of excitement and nervousness. Looking back, it's been quite a journey filled with valuable lessons and wonderful experiences: 1. Working in onboarding taught me the true power of intentional communication. Learning to speak and listen with purpose has made all the difference, reminding me that our conversations shape our connections. 2. I've discovered that the heartbeat of our culture is each and every one of us. Taking ownership of my thoughts, emotions, and aspirations has been a game-changer in steering my career. 3. Embracing the digital realm has shown me a new horizon for customer success. Each day, I get to refine my communication skills in new ways, even if it means I'm not engaging with customers face-to-face as often. Through the content I create, I'm fortunate to connect and guide them towards success with our product – that's what fuels my passion daily! What an adventure it has been! Here's to the memories made, the lessons learned, and the future yet to unfold. Cheers to the next chapter with Dental Intelligence and the remarkable colleagues that make it all worthwhile!

Follow to close your first 100 deals faster 🥷 I B2B Sales Execution, Engineering & Enablement for Pre-Series A Ventures I 275+ Teams mentored, Mio. 10€+ Revenue increase I Personal 🙏 growth → Business 📈 growth
Let me introduce: Team Member Number 1. Working with my brother was the best decision. Let's put it right out there: I love the man. And yes: he sometimes drives me up the wall. I guess I do that for him too. If you have siblings, you know exactly what I mean. Sebastian and I always had a close relationship. As the eldest brother, I've always cared for my three younger brothers. But boy, can they push my buttons. Joining professional forces with Sebastian for GTMN brought two things: Positives: Delegating tasks is seamless because I know him so well. I don’t have to worry about him hiding information or seeking personal glory. There is a deep level of trust and I know he’ll always have my back and that he won't just walk out on me when shit hits the fan. Challenges: Every conflict at work spills into our personal life—office arguments don’t end. they just move to the dinner table, and yes, even under the Christmas tree. We know each other’s trigger points and can drive each other insane easily. For me that's the optimal context to learn and grow as a human being. As the older brother, I had to learn to give him space to express himself. As the younger brother, he had to learn to accept my feedback as fuel for growth. Despite the challenges, I enjoy having him around and working with him. We’ve both learned that effective communication is the key to working together—and to resolve conflicts prior to Christmas dinners. 😇 Would you work with your family members? Or do you already? What's your biggest learning so far? #LetsGrow #FamilyMeetsBusiness #FamilyBusiness

Join us in celebrating this month's Employee Spotlight: Andrey Shafigullin! Learn more about Andrey below! How long have you been working with NASCENT?: 1 year and 8 months now (20 months) Favorite memory at NASCENT?: Our last Holydays Party at "Top Golf" - That was FUN! What does a typical day look like for you?: I usually start at 7:30AM by digging through some emails and Teems messages and reviewing my tasks and setting up a goal for a day. We also have our daily stand-up meeting in the morning to report and/or resolve any blockers. Day goes on with fulfilling tasks and performing our best as a team to deliver best possible product. Favorite part of the job?: My favorite part would be to communicate and collaborate with my team members, to resolve an issue or generate a solution. That is an exciting part of my job. Do you have any advice for anyone working at Nascent?: Remember that a job, even a great job or a fantastic career, doesn’t give your life meaning, at least not by itself. Life is about what you learn, who you are or can become, who you love and are loved by.

How to condense Notino life into a few facts? 🤔 It's hard, but we'll try. ◾️ If you don't want to wait for the elevator in the morning or you're not talkative in the morning, avoid arriving at 7:50. That's just about the most common time #NotinoPeople come into the offices. ⛅️ ◾️ To be ready for all the work challenges and chatty colleagues, we need a proper caffeine dope. Luckily for our colleagues, our coffee is free and together we drink 140 packets of coffee a week! ☕️ ◾️ If by chance you're not sure of the name of a colleague from another team, it's very likely to be Tomáš or Jana. These are the most common names of our Notino People. 👫 ◾️ We need #reinforcements before the season, so that's also why October is the month when most new colleagues #JoinUs. 🤝 And October isn't that far away and we have plenty of positions open, so check out 👉 https://notino.jobs.cz/ 👈 to make sure you can join us and experience a proper Notino ride towards the end of the year! 🚀 #WinningAsATeam

It's the start of a new week and that means a fresh to-do list! Here's five things we think should be on it: 𝟏. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐀𝐏 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 Seven categories that reflect the way the customer advocacy practice is evolving means plenty of ways for all applicants to shine. (Application here: https://lnkd.in/gT6tDJzf) 𝟐. 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐞 𝐰/𝐃𝐞𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥 This week we’re talking with DeMario Bell all about the importance of community-advocacy collaboration. Flywheel anyone? https://lnkd.in/gZ_qrVy7 𝟑. 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 As we stated in our recent newsletter, “Don’t wait for those big milestones. Celebrate the small victories too. Rewarding yourself for getting tasks done is 100% acceptable!“ (Read it here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ghwfhVFm) 𝟒. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐜𝐨-𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 Nothing gives a bigger boost than knowing you’re making a difference to someone. 𝟓. 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 (𝐨𝐫 𝟑) 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 Pick a few customers to recognize for being awesome. A simple yet unexpected email, LinkedIn message, or even a small “happy” will brighten their week! What else would you add? Cheers 🥂 to a great week!

You gotta just go for it. Don’t think about what comes after or what came before. You just gotta bend your knees, take a deep breath, and jump. 🙌🏻 I realised this month It’s been one year since I made that leap and started Wils & Co Media. This video barely scratches the surface of the past year, but I couldn’t be more grateful, and I couldn’t be more proud. Thank you to the amazing people, brands, businesses and clients I’ve worked with. Here’s what I’ve learned in the past 12 months. I can’t wait to do it all again. 🔸Your biggest mistake is the move you don’t make. 🔸Growth doesn’t come from your comfort zone. 🔸There are so many opportunities out there, and ones you don’t even know about yet. 🔸You’ll work HARDER than you’ve ever worked. But the rewards will also be BIGGER. 🔸Some of your clients will become your friends. 🔸Accounting and taxes aren’t as scary as you think. 🔸The best learning resources are the people already in your life. 🔸You will get ghosted, even when you’re so far into the onboarding process it seems impossible. 🔸Always reply. Even if you can’t help. ALWAYS reply. 🔸The will be lots of frustrating days, there will also be lots of amazing days. 🔸There is power in freedom. 🔸You’ll probably never stop working. But remember, you’re working for YOU. Read that again. 🔸There’s lessons to be learned from failure. 🔸Diversification is KEY. 🔸Lean on the ones you love. You can’t do it without them. 🔸People will disappoint you, but people will also amaze you.
