Veterans in Energy is pleased to announce the creation of the new Strategic Outreach Committee. This committee will be led by Board member DeAnne Ostrowski and will focus on establishing and strengthening new and current relationships with Veterans in Energy partners. DeAnne has demonstrated a passion for sharing the mission of Veterans in Energy and this appointment will merge with her strength in developing the relationships vital to grow the organization. With DeAnne's appointment, the Board of Directors elected James Simpson as the Professional Development Committee Chair. James has worked alongside DeAnne on the Professional Development committee since he was elected to the Board of Directors in 2023. His day-to-day work and his key role in standing up recent career awareness events show his commitment to bringing veterans into the energy industry.
