4 years! How time flies!   I was really surprised to see so many likes and so much positive feedback on LinkedIn this week. Before reading these messages, I wasn't even aware of our anniversary.   Your support truly means a lot to us! We're thrilled to mark our 4th Double Loop anniversary in the market!   At Double Loop, our mission has always been and will be to support our customers in exactly 4 dimensions: 1. Creating exceptional value for their customers 2. Selling the value to their customers incl value quantification and Value Selling trainings 3. Communicating the value across all media and touch points 4. Capturing the value with pricing to boost their profit.   We do that with 20 very experienced dudes in 3 regions and 8 countries with more than 460 years of experience in commercial excellence and more than 450 years of experience in the chemical industry.   And a lot of fun!   A big thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey. Your support and trust have been instrumental in our success. Here's to many more years of collaboration and growth!   Another big thank goes to Covid, which forced us to make the change from team steffenhagen to Double Loop.   Actually, we took this crisis as a chance to do exactly 4 things:   1. What an honour to work for the 42nd fastest growing company in Europe (8th in the UK). ❤️ This one’s a real “pinch-me” moment for us at The Alliance HQ, the parent company of Customer Success Collective, Product Marketing Alliance, Product-Led Alliance, Customer Marketing Alliance, Sales Enablement Collective, GTM Alliance (to name just a few of our 15 awesome communities...). 🥺 I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that *the* Financial Times has ranked us 42nd among Europe’s 1000 fastest-growing companies. We’ve hit the top 50, folks! 🎉 It’s truly humbling to see everyone’s hard work pay off with an acknowledgment like this. Cast your mind back to 2019, and The Alliance was unrecognisable. A tiiiiiny team of big-dreamers embarking on its first foray into community-led L&D with the OG community, Product Marketing Alliance. Fast-forward just five years, and things are looking a hell of a lot different. 💪 We’re now 15 communities strong 🌎 We host 130+ events per year across the globe 🫂 We’ve gone from a staff of just two to a workforce of 121 Scaling certainly ain’t easy, especially during the challenging market conditions of the last two years.  But it’s not the numbers that matter here. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support from our incredible community members and my incredible colleagues. This is all down to you. You know what's cool about conferences? They're not just about the classic stuff like networking and learning. They're like these epic brainstorming sessions where you get hit with a wave of inspiration. I was at the Salesforce WT recently, and man, did I come away buzzing with ideas! It's wild how you can find solutions to your own problems from totally different industries. Seeing all these smart cookies pushing boundaries with tech and innovation? It's like rocket fuel for motivation! So, here I am, all pumped up and ready to crush it this week. Why are there more CRO roles than VP or Enablement roles despite us growing so fast and being critical to organisations, more so now than ever before? 📈 ROI was a hot topic, showcasing the impact and getting credit for work. 🚀 Deal velocity has always reared its head as one of our critical KPIs 🤝 Alignment with other teams and what works and does not work And much more!! The big theme of the night was working together as one singular function, for the betterment of that function. To not only support the continued growth but also make sure that the function is seen as more valuable to organisations than ever before. We are not a box tick, we are a wealth creator. I am humbled and proud to join Team Topologies - the team reshaping the way leaders design and lead technology organizations for business impact AND making those organizations more humane. Every week, I read about leaders taking radical approaches at enterprise scale in effort to reinvent how their organizations operate as team of teams, how to empower teams and decision-making closer to the action, how to achieve flow and speed to market for new products. When we started, we just looked around is, first in Belgium... But rather instantly we looked beyond that small horizon... Then we looked at the Netherlands, the UK, France, the DACH region, the Nordics & the Mediterranean, just out of sheer network. People we know, as top GTM executive AIaaS and SaaS operators. For us. By us. One of us. 1 member quickly became 10 10 became 20 20 became 50 In just one week time. Our Slack environment is also at it's v3.0 meanwhile and we optimized again - and then again, based on early finding and feedback. Wanna join an exclusive community for TOP GTM operators, we asked when it was just an idea? Many people were too busy or not interested - which is perfectly fine. Today the group boosts 50 top GTM operators from NL, BE, UK, DACH, FR, Nordics and the Mediterranean region. And applications are flowing in, which undergo a community vote. We continue to grow fast. Where we all can look to the left and right - and be proud to be part of the Syndicate. A community like this is only as strong as the sum of its parts. Really happy on what we've built so far!
