Life is in threefold: your state of existence, your phase of development, and your season of usefulness. At the core of these are people, places, and events. People - how you relate and build memory with people, those you let into your life and restrict access into your life; Places - locations you expose yourself to, places you to to and withhold yourself from going; and Events - activities you deliberately take part in, engage in or stay away from. Mastery of these yardsticks will help you navigate time and purpose, and the complexities of life. Have a fruitful and fulfilling June!

All the running around that we do, are we really getting anywhere? Is the journey really from one place to another? I suggest that our true path can't be seen but was started the day we first took our first breath. You won't find your destination on a map, but daily we are moving either closer or farther away from our target. It’s God given and inspired. Sharing the Good News along the way is part of the plan. Self-reflection is important and making internal corrections along the way is necessary but focusing on others is key. It's the difference we make in others' lives that measure our progress. The little kindness we share and the encouragement we offer to others has true value. The relationships we protect and build and the courage we show as we stand for what we know to be right. All these move us closer to our goal. Be firm in your commitment and stay true to your beliefs. Strive to get a little better each and every day. You can do it! Make a difference in the lives you touch today.

Humble brag… I caught up with the Fonz a few weeks back, Heyyyyyyy. What a wonderful, caring human being. He was in Brisbane as part of his speaking tour after publishing his memoir, 'Being Henry.' What struck me was his unwavering focus and determination to be an actor. Growing up, he struggled in society and academically, saying he never fit in. Being the son of German Jewish immigrants to America escaping the Holocaust, he felt like he didn’t live up to their high expectations. The only thing he had ever wanted to be was an actor. He didn’t know how, but he never gave up. He had an unrelenting focus of putting one foot in front of the other, giving himself the best chance possible. After listening to him talk, it reinforced the importance of having goals or a vision. We often discuss this with clients and candidates. Translating vague aspirations into tangible targets can sometimes be difficult. By having a vision or goal, it helps propel you forward in the face of adversity, when enthusiasm wanes, or when life throws whatever the hell it wants to at you. Goals also assist in creating measurable steps along the way because without a destination, it is very easy to drift aimlessly. In essence, goals are the architects of our destiny. They can transform dreams into reality, one step at a time. So, embrace the journey, celebrate the successes along the way, learn from the mishaps, and remember that anything worthwhile will always be challenging.

Wishing you all a fruitful February... Always remember luck favours the prepared, in other words luck is opportunity meets preparation. No one is going to hand you anything for free in this world. We all work tirelessly in our respective professions to produce the results you admire, nothing came easily and nothing came for free, when you understand this you will focus on taking the right steps towards your dreams. Put in the work and take it one step at a time, don't focus so much on your failures rather celebrate the small milestones here and there and with time what seemed like something small will turn into a big vision and eventually a big dream. Be open to new opportunities and don't despise any opportunity that comes your way, especially if you haven't made it to the top yet, accept that you aren't something yet and work your way up, be nice to the people you meet on your way up, be honest in your dealings and let your character speak for you. A good character will open up doors for you in ways you can't imagine. Be good! Do good and it shall come back to you. Let these words guide you through the new month. Peace & Light

Prioritize your goals and invest your energy in pursuits that align with your passions and skills. By giving your best effort to these areas, you create meaningful impact and satisfaction.
