Coach to Nonprofit CEOs ★ Business & Nonprofit Strategist ★ REF Nonprofit CEO Forum Leader ★ One Page Strategic Plan Guru
𝙒𝙀𝘿𝙉𝙀𝙎𝘿𝘼𝙔 𝙒𝙄𝙎𝘿𝙊𝙈 The University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences' The Nonprofit Institute each fall shares their Annual Report, The State of Nonprofits & Philanthropy. I noticed an interesting statistic in the report. On page 18 of the report there is a graph (Figure 3.1) ranking the Areas Where Nonprofits Want Support. Ranked third at 52% was Strategic Planning. I was fortunate when I was the CEO of a local nonprofit, I found a highly effective strategic planning process that I used; The One Page Strategic Plan. It was one of the motivating reasons for me to become a nonprofit Coach to CEOs and their leadership teams because I could share this highly effective process with other nonprofits. If you are a nonprofit in San Diego or any where for that matter and want to learn more about this process, please reach out to me. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about the One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP). I have used it with several of my clients. And in two cases, we are entering into the second year of using the OPSP. It can be used with all sizes of organizations from $500,000 organizations to $50 million organizations. #wednesdaywisdom #strategicplanning #nonprofitleadership #proactiveleadershipgroup

Associate Professor, Trine University - Ketner School of Business, Ehinger Fellows Facilitator I believe in God, love, education, peace, transparency, humility, hope, and civic responsibility.
One of the many things I love about Trine University is that it’s encouraged to not only lead in the classroom but also to lead in the community. 📚📚📚 Before I embark on the spring semester, come to Club Z on January 4, 2024. Ehinger Fellows Trine University, if you’re back on campus and want to know more, let me know. 💪💪💪 I will be working with non-profit leaders to help them advance their collaboration through storytelling and to engage in strategic planning. Not a non-profit leader? That’s ok. What makes collaboration and strategy successful is bringing all stakeholders to the table to build a stronger community—collectively. 🤝🤝🤝 Not a Steuben County resident? That’s ok. Leadership and the need for collaboration knows no zip codes💪💪💪 Are you a community member who is curious about non-profit work, there’s room for you, too. Thank you, Steuben County Community Foundation, for this opportunity to lead and serve. #RoundTableDiscussions #leadershipskills #strategy #nonprofit #nonprofitorganization #HigherEducation

Here is a testimonial of one of our Chicago ELF fellows, "I really appreciated the equity focus because I've been trying to learn about ways to lead in a way that matches my values." One of our goals for this program is to build up values-based leaders, who can then take those values of anti-racism and apply them thoughtfully in their own nonprofit context, shaping the direction of the sector. #nonprofit #notforprofit #nonprofitprofessionaldevelopment #professionaldevelopment #EmergingLeadersFellowship #Alternatives #Alternatives Youth #Illinoisnonprofit #illinois
