“Must build generational readiness”. Rotations such as XCTC and NTC are going to build that generational readiness (training) in the Gator BDE.

If a team runs itself for three months while you seek to hire a director, you should be promoting, not hiring. Military lesson applied to corporate work: In the U.S. Army, there is a strong reliance on "bottom-up" fireteam structures that have significantly better combat performance outcomes than a "top-down" centralized command-type organization - like Russia's officer-heavy units. Here's the lesson: In a high-performing team (in the absence of formal leadership), leadership tends to emerge organically. Excellent introduction to the SCC aspect of H2F. A key component is injury prevention through appropriate and consistent PT. As this program expands ultilization, it's impact will be felt down the road as injuries go down and more adaptable soldiers are developed. Combined with the other resources within H2F, the program will strengthen and improve the quality of life for service members. #H2F

Head in the clouds. The term Cloud ☁️ has a number of different meanings now. Today my head was literally in the clouds as was the rest of the C-130 aircrew. It was planned and intentional. We trusted our planning, coordination, equipment, and instruments. This trust is critical as is effective communications. As you can see it is very difficult to orient yourself when in the clouds. It takes critical awareness and attention to detail. Sometimes I find myself in the “clouds” unplanned or unintentional. I think it is fair to say we all do at times. When we find ourselves in the clouds, Acknowledge it and Accept it. This will help you Process in the moment to Plan to take appropriate Action. Many of us were on the grind this weekend getting it done. Keep it up. Your efforts, dedication and sacrifices are appreciated. The Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System begins in the Future Soldier Program (U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC)) , is taught in Initial Entry Training (U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training ), refined in every Professional Military Education (US Army TRADOC ), and sustained at echelon (US Army), (Army National Guard)(United States Army Reserve) This system is the key to #peoplefirst and the foundation of every variable for Soldier and Family Readiness. The H2F System and its compromised programs are the tools by which Leaders serve Soldiers. H2F isn't a test, an activity, or a check-the-block event. It is an investment in the future of our organization and the safety of our nation. Nothing in the Army is more important than the Soldier, and nothing indeed improves more aspects of a Soldier's life than comprehensively preparing them to enhance and maintain their physical, nutritional, mental, sleep, and spiritual well-being.
