Human mind dwells on biases and so opinions get formed, unconsciously. In the quest for higher productivity #inclusion is the mantra but opinions & biases are the biggest hurdle to accept #diverse ideas, as a result a high cost. There are simple ways to handle mind. There are simpler ways to handle work. Watching the video, I am imagining the loss of talent if these biases continues to exist at the world of work. Can you accept #diversity ?
