Anyone else think hour-long meetings are for the birds? In the fast pace we move at in 2024, why not do 15 or even 😳 10 minute meetings? Think about it, if you had to get to a point or make a decision in 10 minutes or less, there'd be way fewer slides, way less jargon, and way more productivity. Here are some benefits I think we would see: - Increased focus - Concise communication and more efficiency - Reduced meeting fatigue - Better preparation (bc limited time means you have to come prepared!) - More flexibility in our workdays (bc our calendars are more open!) - Happier employees I think we should start a movement.
