Meet our Corporate Champion of Year Award Finalist, Johnson County, KS Government! "Last year, our campaign grew in numbers and dollars donated, but we also grew in the amount of information that we were able to share with our employees," explains Tiffany Hentschel, Deputy Director of Human Resources at Johnson County, KS Government. "So I think it's a great collaboration with United Way for our community to be better as a whole. And really at our heart, what we want to do is leave the community better than we found it. The focus isn't always just on the dollars raised, but on the engagement and advocacy we can build with our staff."
