Commission = Commitment to your goals. Most consumers do not understand commission structure or life as a commission only or commission based salesperson. commission is NOT guaranteed. commission is only earned at CLOSING! If there's no closing, there's no money. Sellers hire real estate agents to sell their home or property because they must sell in order to have money. Buyers hire real estate agents to help them acquire a home or property because they have financial or housing goals. These two needs require the deal to actually close in order to have respective goals achieved.
